Garden In Lights, Annmarie Garden’s delightful, glorious walk-through light show begins Friday, Dec.4, from 6 to 9 p.m. in conjunction with the Solomons Christmas Walk. Solomons will be celebrating the 25th annual Christmas Walk, Friday and Saturday, Dec. 4 and Sunday, Dec. 5. Events abound for all ages this festive weekend. Join Annmarie Garden for the opening weekend of Garden In Lights while enjoying the Solomons Christmas Walk.
Garden In Lights is a magical walking tour that takes visitors on a beautiful trip through the woods. Pick up a “Holiday I Spy” program for an enchanting walk in the woods. As you stroll along the protected path, you will be transported to a magical place of spectacular lights and amazing “light sculptures.” Guests will be surrounded by mythical beasts, wild animals, pirates, illuminated works of art, and fantastical creations, to name but a few. All the “light sculptures” are handmade at Annmarie Garden, the designs are one of a kind. Nothing in this show is commercially available – it is all made just for visitors to Annmarie Garden.
The light show starts in the Arts Building where guests will also find GLOW and The 2nd Annual Ornament Show & Sale. After completing the tour outside, come inside the Arts Building and enjoy yummy treats and warm drinks with Dunkin Donuts while listening to a variety of musical entertainment by local groups, choirs and musicians. Garden in Lights is open 6-9pm nightly, but closed the following nights: December 7,8,14,16,24,25.
This year Annmarie Garden has included special nights for our patrons.
Wednesday, December 9 & Wednesday, December 30 – Golf Cart Tours – Golf cart tours will be available for those guests unable to walk the path.
Sunday, December 13 – Pet Night – Bring your pet to Garden In Lights! $1 per pet, all other admission rates apply. All pets must be on a 6 ft or shorter leash. Pets lacking in manners will be asked to leave. Please note: pets are not allowed on any other nights of Garden In Lights.
December 31, January 1 and 2 – New Year’s Activities- Participate in New Years activities as you celebrate the New Year at Annmarie Garden. Fun for all ages.
Also new this year, Ammarie Garden will honor our community with $1 Discount Tuesday Nights for select groups with valid ID. “Thanks” for all you do for us!

Tuesday, December 29 – Public school teachers
Admission to Annmarie Garden, including Garden In Lights and the Arts Building, is $3 for adults; $2 for seniors; $2 for children ages 5-12; kids under 5 are free; AMG members are free.
