Leonardtown, MD – On Saturday, October 24th, Breton Bay Golf & Country Club in conjunction with the Breton Bay Men’s Golf Association hosted a Golf Tournament to benefit the Southern Maryland Vacations for Vets Program. A program designed to offer weekend retreats, here in Southern Maryland, for our recovering service members, Vets and their families, free of charge. All guests of the program are referred to Southern Maryland Vacations for Vets by their treatment center/hospital.
The weather co-operated and over 100 members and guests of Breton Bay Golf & Country Club came out to support the Southern Maryland Vacations for Vets Program. The total raised was $6,000.00 for the second year of this Tournament.
