On Nov. 4, at 9:15 a.m., Dale Christopher Hawkins, 51 of Scotland, was arrested by TFC M. Moore on an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear in district court in Leonardtown on Oct. 31.
The original charges were driving on revoked and suspended license and attempting to flee and elude a police officer.
Hawkins was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
