At 1:07 a.m. April 1, TFC P. Trossbach of the Leonardtown trooprt barrack stopped a vehicle for speeding, 53 mph in a 40 mph zone, on Mervell Dean Road in Hollywood.
Upon contact with the driver, Joseph Wayne Bosse, 23, of Hollywood, a plastic bag containing “crack” cocaine was observed on the passenger seat.
Bosse was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.
He was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bail review.
