At 9:27 a.m. April 12, TFC T. Quade of the Leonardtown trooper barrack stopped a vehicle for speeding, 62 mph in a 40 mph zone, on Route 235 at Exploration Park Drive, Lexington Park.
The driver was identified as Richard Clarke Frame, 25, of Lexington Park. A check through MVA/NCIC indicted Frame’s driving privilege was suspended and he was wanted by the Calvert County Sheriffs Department.
Frame was arrested and taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. A secondary search was conducted and a partially burnt marijuana cigarette was located in his sock.
Frame was charged with Possession of Marijuana and held pending a bail review.
