A holiday open house was held on December 8 at the new SAIC building in the Park Place development in California.

SAIC employees moved into the new building over the course of a few weeks in October and November. There are currently 300 people working in the new building.

Founded by J. Robert Beyster, Ph.D., and a small group of scientists in 1969, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), a FORTUNE 500® company, and its subsidiaries now have approximately 41,000 employees worldwide.
The new building will consolidate several offices spread out around the Lexington Park area. According to SAIC: “The efficient, single facility fosters collaboration among employees and technical resources enabling SAIC to offer more comprehensive and effective solutions to its customers.

SAIC is planning a formal grand opening of the new building in the spring.
