LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On Feb. 16, Jameson Clay Fritsch, age 23 of Hollywood, was stopped for spinning tires in the 44900 block of St. Andrew’s Church Road in California. Fritsch was determined to be operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Fritsch was arrested and charged with Driving Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol, and Driving Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol by Cpl. Maloy# 137. CASE# 9790-19
