St Charles: ย American Community Properties Trust (AMEX, PSE: APO) announced that they will pay a cash dividend of $0.10 per share on common shares outstanding. The dividend will be payable on March 28, 2007 to shareholders as of March 14, 2007.ย
ACPT is a diversified real estate organization operating in Maryland and Puerto Rico.ย It specializes in community development, investment apartment properties, homebuilding, and asset management services. In this area, ACPT has been developing the St. Charles area in Waldorf since 1968.

The Williams children and their parents havenโt been in a TV show, but they have survived a real-life drama.ย Both Trevor (4) and Jacob (3) were born premature, weighing significantly less than full-term babies. Parents Jon and Kimberly feel March of Dimes research played an important role helping their boys get this far; they are grateful for the chance to serve as the Southern Maryland Ambassador Family.ย As ambassadors, the Williams share their story to help March of Dimes raise awareness and funds to fight premature birth (the leading cause of newborn death) and other serious infant health threats.
Each year, more than 500,000 babies are born too soon, often for unknown reasons; many die.ย Survivors can suffer from lifelong consequences like chronic health problems and developmental disabilities.ย ย
Trevor & Jacob invite Southern Maryland residents to join them for a fun-filled day at WalkAmerica on Sunday, April 29 in La Plata and/or Sunday, May 6 on Solomonโs Island.ย During WalkAmerica, now in its 37th year, more than nine million men, women, and children will take part as sponsors, volunteers or walkers nation-wide.ย Funds raised through WalkAmerica support research and programs which benefit babies across the nation and right here in Southern Maryland.ย
