CHESAPEAKE BEACH, Md. – Fireworks, live music and family fun are expected to draw hundreds of people to Rod āNā Reel Resort over the 4th of July weekend.
The fireworks on Thursday, July 3rd are hosted by the town of Chesapeake Beach and are set to start around 9pm. In the event of inclement weather, the rain date is set for Saturday, July 5th.
You can choose from a variety of experiences at Rod āNā Reel Resort to celebrate which include live music and a DJ leading up to the fireworks show!
The Dock Dining Experience includes access to The Dockās full food and drink menu, table service throughout the evening, great views and early access to live music, plus you can walk around and explore local vendors: permanent jewelry, hair tinsel, tattoos & more! Doors open at 6:30pm.
South Beach Access starts at 7:30pm and gives you the opportunity to relax in our open general admission area with beachside vibes. It includes auditorium-style seating (first come, first served) and you can order to-go items from a limited menu at the satellite bar. Canned beverages will also be available.
Other activities throughout the weekend include Star Spangled Bingo, Founding Fatherās Trivia, Game Room & Bingo promotions, marina rentals to explore the Bay, Happy Hours and more!
