SOLOMONS, Md. – The Calvert Marine Museum (CMM) is thrilled to announce that Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Jamey Johnson will perform live at the Motto Mortgage Preferred and RE/MAX One Waterside Pavilion on Friday, September 6, 2024 at 7 p.m. Johnson, hailed by the Washington Post as one of the greatest country singers of our time, is a true legend in the genre.

With a remarkable career, Jamey Johnson is one of the few artists to win two Song of the Year Trophies for “Give It Away” and “In Color” from the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association. His 2008 album, That Lonesome Song, was certified platinum for 1 million in sales, and his 2010 ambitious double album, The Guitar Song, received a gold certification.

CMM members will have the first opportunity to purchase tickets at the Member Presale on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 10 a.m. The Public On sale will begin on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 10 a.m.

  1. You don’t want to miss this show. Have seen him multiple times. Met him in 2015 in Cherokee North Carolina. You won’t regret going to this performance.
