Dr. Tim Horsley, Assistant Research Scientist at the University of Michigan, Museum of Anthropology and Visiting Scholar at the Department of Anthropology, University of Notre Dame, will present a lecture held in the Maryland Archaeological Conservation Laboratory, located at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum.ย Lectures are free and open to the public.

Horsleyโs lecture titled, Using Geophysical Techniques to Reveal Buried Archaeological Remains, will include a background to new tools that can identify what is underneath the ground before excavation begins, and will feature results from Maryland and around the globe.
