On April 4, at 10 p.m., Deputy Charles Dodson was patrolling the Town Creek neighborhood when he observed a vehicle in the parking lot of the elementary school.
Deputy Dodson entered onto the school grounds to investigate the vehicle and made contact with two juvenile males. While speaking with the juveniles, Deputy Dodson observed a quantity of suspected Marijuana in plain view within the vehicle. One of the juveniles, a 15-year-old male from California, was determined to be in possession of the suspected Marijuana.
The juvenile male was arrested, charged with possession of Marijuana and released to the custody of their parent.
