On Sept. 22, at approximately 12:25 p.m., Trooper W. Scarlett responded to Strauss Avenue and Parker Harley Drive in Indian Head to assist TFC J. Edelen on a traffic stop that was conducted on a white Chrysler for illegal window tint.
A K-9 scan was conducted with a positive alert.
The passenger, Michael Anitron Morsell, 22 of Indian Head, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
