At 3:31pm, on December 22, on Rt. 4, in Sunderland, TPR Chirichella responded to assist with a traffic stop, after a vehicle had almost sideswiped an unmarked MSP unit.
A computer check revealed that the operator, William Morris King, Jr., 30, of Dunkirk, was wanted on an open warrant.
Incident to arrest, a baggie of suspected crack-cocaine was located on Mr. King’s person. In addition to the possession of cocaine charge, Mr. King was charged with driving while impaired by drugs and several other traffic violations. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
