ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Police are searching for two men accused of robbing a pedestrian at knifepoint Thursday evening on West Street.
Anne Arundel County police responded around 5:35 p.m. July 30, 2026, to the 2100 block of West Street for a reported robbery.
The adult male victim told officers he was walking along West Street when two men riding bicycles approached him.
One of the suspects pointed a folding knife at the victim while the second suspect took money and other property, police reported.
Both men then fled the area on their bicycles.
Police described the suspects as:
- A white man in his mid- to late 30s, approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall, wearing a white shirt and sweatpants
- A Black man in his mid- to late 30s, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, wearing a black shirt and shorts
Southern District detectives are investigating.
