GREAT MILLS, Md. — Emergency crews responded late Thursday morning to a crash on Indian Bridge Road near Pegg Road after a large work truck overturned off the roadway.
The incident occurred around 10:35 a.m. on Nov. 13. When firefighters arrived, they found the truck lying on its side along the shoulder. The driver was already out of the vehicle, walking and talking with responders, and appeared to be uninjured. EMS personnel were cleared shortly after, while fire crews remained on scene to handle a possible fuel leak.
The crash caused temporary traffic delays as first responders worked in the area. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling through the stretch of Indian Bridge Road as police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
