At 1:17 am, on Friday, May 26, TFC J. Linger stopped a vehicle for not having a working tag light, on Route 5 at MVA in Loveville.
The driver was identified as Philip Mark Hendrickson, 28, of Leonardtown.
During a consent search, brass knuckles were found in the passenger seat pocket. Hendrickson was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of a Concealed Deadly Weapon. He was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review.
