On December 9, 2011, at 11:45 p.m., deputies responded to

Point Lookout Road

in Callaway, Maryland, for a disturbance.  Investigation revealed Donald Leo Parks, 18, of Lexington Park, Maryland, was observed by a witness taking a purse and jacket off a table in a business and leaving.  The victim located the stolen items in an area where Parks had just been observed, however cash was missing from the purse.  Deputy Foor located Parks in the parking lot and arrested him.  Parks was charged with Theft and Rogue and Vagabond.
