On May 3, 2011 Corporal Maletto responded to MillisonPlaza in Lexington Park, Maryland for a report of an intoxicated subject harassing citizens. Upon arrival Cpl. Maletto observed Clifton Dion Briscoe, 31 Lexington Park, Maryland holding an open container of an alcoholic beverage. As Cpl. Maletto spoke with Briscoe he observed Briscoe to display signs of intoxication. Further investigation revealed Briscoe was told by the local business that he was not permitted to enter their establishment but Briscoe did not comply and attempted to gain entrance anyway. When Briscoe was unable to enter the business he stood outside and harassed the customers. Briscoe was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
