Second Degree Assault
On April 2, 2011 Corporal Molitor responded to a residence on
Point Lookout Roadin Great Mills, Maryland for a report of an assault. Investigation revealed Jerome NMN Washington, 34 of Lexington Park, Maryland was engaged in a verbal dispute with the victim which escalated into a physical assault when Washington struck the victim in the face. Washington fled the scene prior to the arrival of deputies but was located in the area a short time later. Washington was arrested and charged with second degree assault.
