Daniel B. Spangle 

Leonardtown,MD— On Tuesday, Dec. 22,  at 8:24 p.m., Trooper Mulhearn of the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack responded to the Leonardtown Library for a reported disorderly subject.

The complainant advised that Daniel Boone Spangle, 49, of Glen Burnie, yelled profanities and obscenities towards the complainant when asked to leave the library

According to court documents, “Boone stated ‘you (employee) can’t make me leave this is a public place, I don’t care if I have to stay here through the holidays’.” 

“Spangle was yelling and screaming when several citizens were walking in and out of the library causing them to stop and look at what was going on,” according to court documents. 

Spangle does not have a court date scheduled at this time. Spangle faces a maximum jail sentence of two months in jail and or a maximum fine of $500.
