EXIT Landmark Realty’s Manager, Dean Dillard and agents Janet Malherek and Celia Agostinho participated the “It’s Money Smart” Expo hosted by College of Southern Maryland.
This event consisted of four panels, emphasizing information on real estate and mortgages, personal banking, taxes and insurance and financial planning for individuals of all ages.
Fitting with the real estate part of the program and discussions on short sales and foreclosures, Dean Dillard, Janet Malherek, Celia Agostinho and Michael Bendebba, Senior Mortgage Consultant from Suntrust Mortgage, launched a new program called “HomeOwnership Again” to help homeowners who have experienced a short sale, foreclosure or bankruptcy to regain homeownership. These professionals are offering a structured program, free of charge, to guide former homeowners through process of being able to purchase a home again through seminars and on-going consultation. Once they have completed the program, participants will receive a certificate signifying that they are fully qualified to buy a home again.
