The St. Mary’s County Bureau of criminal Investigations is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Dontavious Jerron Holley, B/M, age 21, of no fixed address.
Holley is a Tier III Registered Sex Offender. During a routine investigation it was discovered Holley had a cellular telephone, a social network site and did not notify the sex offender registry as required by Maryland law.
On January 8, 2013, Holley was located at a residence in Callaway but fled the residence when officers attempted to take him into custody. A warrant has been issued for Holley charging him with providing false information to the sex offender registry, resisting arrest, and two counts of failing to notify the sex offender registry of information required by statute.
