Theft:
On July 7, 2011, Corporal William Ray responded to the KMART Store in California, Maryland for a reported theft. Cpl Ray learned Eric Owen Drew Slankard 20 years old of Lusby was observed by store staff concealing merchandise on his person and then attempted to exit the business. When confronted, Slankard was found in possession of ten (10) video games with a total value of $149.90. Slankard was charged on a criminal citation for theft and released pending a court appearance.
