St. Mary’s County Vice Narcotics detectives began an investigation into John Robert Garner (Age 29 of Lusby, Md,) utilizing forged and counterfeit prescriptions to obtain “Oxycodone”. Those pills had a street value of more than $5,000.00. Suspect Garner was charged with various forgery counts as well as “Possession with the Intent to Distribute”.
