At 3:08 am, on Tuesday, March 27, Tpr. Brill responded to the 45000 block of Halsey Court in California for a reported malicious destruction of property to a white Buick Lesabre.
Contact was made with the 18 year old male complainant.
He advised someone threw a rock through the rear window of the vehicle. Investigation continues.
