On December 30, 2011, deputies responded to a residence on Valley Estates Drive, Lexington Park, Maryland,for a report of a fight. Deputy Schultz arrived and observed Detective Raddatz interviewing Derrick Xavier Green, 30, of Lexington Park, Maryland. Green was yelling and speaking loudly and was asked by Detective Raddatz to quiet down and leave the area. Green refused and continued to speak loudly causing a disturbance to other residents in the area. Deputy Schultz arrested Green and charged him with Disorderly Conduct.
