On April 20 at 3:04 pm, Trooper Rucker stopped a vehicle on Rt. 4 and Rt. 2 in Sunderland for traffic violations.
The odor of marijuana was emitting from inside the vehicle. A probable cause search revealed less than 10 grams of marijuana.
Ramon E. Diaz, 27 of Lusby, was issued a civil citation and released to the custody of the Calvert County Sheriff’s Warrant Unit for the service of four open warrants.
