On March 4, 2015, Deputy Teague responded to the area of Worth Avenue where Sergeant Safford has conducted a traffic stop.
The suspect, identified as Terry Lynn Brown, age 45, of Chesapeake Beach, indicated he had a no contact order against him with the protected party being the front seat passenger.
The order was confirmed and Brown was placed under arrest. He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with Violation Protective Order.
