On Aug. 14, Deputies responded to a residence in the area of National Circle, Lexington Park for a reported Burglary in Progress.
Investigation revealed that Carrington Raphael Carter, 35 of Lexington Park, had used force to enter the residence of a female subject who has an active Protective Order against him.
The female victim actively resisted Carter’s attempts to force his way into the residence and was assaulted by Carter, police report.
Deputy Richard McCoy located and arrested Carter and charged him with First and Second Degree Burglary, Violation of Protective Order and Assault Second Degree.
