On December 19, 2011, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Deputy Schultz was conducting a patrol check in Lancaster Park, Lexington Park, Maryland, when he observed a vehicle parked in the lot. Deputy Schultz made contact with the driver, identified as Marc Anthony Wise, 21, of Lusby, Maryland. During a consent search, Deputy Schultz located a baggie of suspected marijuana in Wise’s pants pocket. Wise was arrested and charged with CDS Violation.
