LEONARDTOWN, MD – Dep. Warren Forinash responded to the 46000 block of Yorktown Road in Lexington Park and made contact with several victims on May 4, 2018. It was alleged that Gary Victor Shubrooks, 26, of Lexington Park struck several victims and also swung a plastic snow shovel, which struck and broke the front porch light. Shubrooks was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center charged with Child Abuse Second Degree, Assault Second Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property Less Than $1,000.
