Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack Trooper C. Ruth On Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 1:37 am, Tpr. C. Ruth initiated a traffic stop on a dark truck on Route 235 and First Colony Boulevard.
The driver, Andrew Nicholas Delwiche, 22, of Lusby, was given standardized field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
A search incident to arrest revealed suspected marijuana and paraphernalia. He was transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack for processing and later released.
