On July 29 at 2 a.m., officers responded to the 10000 block of Rhodes Drive in White Plains for the report of an assault.
Investigation revealed the suspect, William Eugene Frye, III, 51, of Lusby, forced his way inside the home of an ex-girlfriend and assaulted her.
Frye was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, burglary and trespassing. Officer K. Lerch made the arrest.
