At approximately 6:55 am, on February 27, a 911 call was received and dispatched regarding Kenneth James Walters (24, of Lexington Park) slumped over in a vehicle in the parking lot of the apartments on Liberty Street in Lexington Park.
Units responded and discovered the victim not breathing and laying partially in his vehicle with what appeared to be a possible gun shot injury to his head. Investigators from the St. Mary’s County Bureau of Criminal Investigations responded along with crime lab personnel and are continuing the investigation.
