LA PLATA, Md. — On Monday, July 7, 2025, a man in his 60s was hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash on Crain Highway at Rosewick Road.
The crash was first reported at approximately 1:20 p.m. by a passerby. A second caller told dispatchers her husband was trapped after their vehicle was rear-ended at a high rate of speed.
First responders determined there was no entrapment upon arrival. One patient, a man in his 60s, was transported to the UM Charles Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
