Henry Elijah Hawkins, 47 of Prince Frederick, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct by DFC Elvis Carter on Aug. 15 at 8:44 p.m. after complainants called and reported a male shooting a BB gun toward the apartments on Shore Acres Way in Prince Frederick.   Hawkins caused over $1200 in damage to victims’ vehicles when he shot them with a Powerline .177 BB gun.
