Detectives from the Vice Narcotics Division indicted Carlos Douglas White, 23, of Lexington Park, for possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute. He was originally arrested on a no bond warrant.
The St. Mary’s County Bureau of Criminal Investigations Narcotics Division is an investigative team comprised of Detectives from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office, Maryland State Police Drug Enforcement Division and Federal Drug Agents. The Division was established on Sept. 1, 2007 and is based in St. Mary’s County.
