On August 11, 2009 Traye Wayne Boatman, Sr., 43 of Mechanicsville, was served with a Protective Order ordering Boatman, Sr. to have no contact with the protected person named in the order.
The Protective Order is active until August 11, 2010. On January 27, 2010 Boatman, Sr. entered onto property where the protected person was located in violation of the Protective Order. Boatman, Sr. knew the protected party was on the property at the time he entered onto it.
Boatman, Sr. was arrested and charged with violating the conditions of a Protective Order.
