On Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 3:18 pm, Tpr. J. Greathouse responded to the parking lot of Bed, Bath, and Beyond in reference to a theft.
Investigation revealed that Dennis Marvin Erich, 46, of Prince Frederick, had stolen items out of a truck. Coworkers of the victim witnessed the theft, and followed Mr. Erich across the parking lot. They were able to retrieve the items, and waited with Mr. Erich until Tpr. Greathouse arrived.
Mr. Erich was placed under arrest for Theft $1000 to Under $10,000 and Rogue and Vagabond. He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
