James Delahoussaye
Lusby, MD – On Nov. 12, Dep. M. Trigg conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling on Little Cove Point Road and Rye Court, in with expired tags.
Trigg made contact with the occupants and discovered the passenger, James Delahoussaye, 32, of Port Republic, was in possession of illegal paraphernalia.
Delahoussaye was arrested for CDS Administer Equipment Possession/Distribute (needle) and Possession of Paraphernalia (spoon).
