On Feb. 6, at 12:40 a.m., Noah Matthew Gyorgy, 21 of St. Leonard, was arrested by Tpr. J. Pilkerton for possession of Marijuana. Gyorgy was operating a white Saturn SC2 when he was stopped on Three Notch Road, north of Exploration Park Drive in Lexington Park, for exceeding the posted speed limit.
Tpr. Pilkerton observed in plain view a plastic baggie containing marijuana.
Gyorgy was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
