ARRESTS:
On 6/16/2021, Tpr J. Engleman responded to Walmart, California, MD for a reported theft. Investigation revealed a 14 year old male stole merchandise from Walmart with a value over $100, but less than $1,500. The juvenile was charged and released to the custody of his mother.
On 6/18/2021, Tpr J. Pope responded to Lexington Drive, Lexington Park, MD for a reported assault. Upon arrival and making contact with the victim, investigation revealed that the suspect identified as Joseph St Sauveur, 29 of Lexington Park did assault the victim and was therefore arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with Assault Second Degree.
On 6/20/2021, Tpr J. Engleman conducted a traffic stop in the area of Three Notch Road and Oak Crest Drive, California, MD. Upon making contact with the driver, identified as Keenan Anthony Berry, 25 of Lexington Park, MD an odor of marijuana was detected. During a probable cause search, CDS Marijuana greater than 10grams was located. Berry was charged at the scene on a Criminal Citation for CDS: Poss-Marijauna Greater than 10grams.
On 6/21/2021, Tpr J. Pope responded to the area of Elm Court, Lexington Park, MD for a reported assault. Upon arrival and making contact with the victim, investigation revealed that the suspect identified as Jeremy John Weller, 40 of Great Mills, MD did assault the victim and was therefore arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with Assault-First Degree, Assault-Second Degree, and Malicious Destruction of Property.
On 6/22/2021, TFC R. Kaszubski responded to the area of Mossey Lea Lane, Avenue, MD for a reported disturbance. Upon arrival and making contact with the victim, investigation revealed that the suspect identified as Amanda Brooke Malamphy, 29 of Lusby, MD, caused damage to the victim’s residence and entered without permission. Malamphy was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with Burglary-Fourth Degree-Dwelling and Malicious Destruction of Property.
On 6/23/2021, Tpr J. Pope and TFC J. Powis responded to Lawrence Avenue, Leonardtown, MD for a reported assault. Upon arrival and making contact with the victim, investigation revealed that the suspect identified as Shaun Lee Resico, 43 of Leonardtown, MD did assault the victim. During a search incident to arrest, CDS Not Marijuana was located on Resico’s person. He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with Assault Second Degree and CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana.
On 6/26/2021, TFC M. Whitman responded to Walmart for a reported theft. Investigation revealed that Tina Marie Patton, 50 of Great Mills, MD stole merchandise from Walmart with a value less than $100. Patton was charged at the scene on a Criminal Citation and released.
On 6/29/2021, Tpr J. Pope responded to a vacant residence on St. John’s Road, Hollywood, MD for a reported burglary. Upon arrival, two subjects were located inside without permission. Both subjects, identified as Amber Nicole Connelly (27 of No Fixed Address) and Daniel Steven Connelly (31 of No Fixed Address) were arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where they were charged with 4th Degree Burglary.
On 6/29/2021, Tpr K. Poland conducted a traffic stop in the area of Pegg Road and Midway Drive, Lexington Park, MD. Upon making contact with the driver, an odor of marijuana was detected. During a probable cause search, suspected Cocaine and Suboxone were located in possession of the passenger, identified as Stephanie Mae Taylor, 25 of Piney Point, MD. Taylor was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was charged with CDS: Possess-Not Marijuana and CDS: Possess Paraphernalia
