Fans can snap photos, ask career and fishing-technique questions, and get memorabilia signed. A special segment on financial literacy—titled “What It Really Costs to Become a Pro Angler”—will provide insight into the sport’s economics.

Attendees should bring fishing gear, hats, lures and jerseys for autographs. A raffle will offer a chance to win a signed jersey by Japanese pro Takahiro Omori.

Fans can attend the Wednesday appearance at the library and then follow the athletes to the Potomac River for four days of competitive fishing.
