On May 13, Corporal C Earle was conducting a business check of ABC Liquors and Lounge in California.
Cpl. Earle observed a green, Dodge Caravan, with the side doors open, parked in the rear of the business. Cpl. Earle approached the vehicle and could smell a strong odor of burnt marijuana. Cpl. Earle found Shawn Patrick Fisher, 31 of Lusby and Andrew Warren Kibler, 25 of Lusby, in the vehicle. Cpl. Earle observed Fisher drop a blunt cigar, containing suspected marijuana, to the ground.
Fisher was arrested for possession of marijuana. Further investigation revealed Kibler was also in possession of suspect marijuana. Kibler was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.
