Lexington Park, MD – On Sunday, Sept. 7 at 11a.m. rescue and emergency medical services (EMS) personnel responded to an accident on Route 235 in front of San Souci Plaza, Lexington Park involving a moped.
According to a witness on the scene the operator of the moped suffered from lower leg injuries and was transported to the State Police Helicopter which was waiting at their hangar.
