Two women were observed in a physical altercation behind the Tiki Bar on April 20, by Sgt. Craig Bowen.ย After separating them, neither party wanted the other charged.
While on mountain bike patrol during the opening of the Tiki Bar on April 20,Cpl. Anthony Moschetto and Sgt. Keith Hicks observed two subjects sitting in a vehicle in the area of Farren Street and Charles Street.ย An odor of burning marijuana was prevalent.ย Both subjects, Daniel E. Pittman, 29, of Alexandria, Va. and Jeffrey J. Compton, 33, of Waldorf, were found to be in possession of marijuana and were arrested and charged.ย
Sgt. Keith Hicks observed a suspect, later identified as Jordan C. Rust, 23 of Great Mills, consuming an alcoholic beverage in public outside the Tiki Bar area on Charles Street on April 21, Sgt. Hicks charged Rust on a criminal citation with consuming alcohol in public.
