Warrant Service – On Sunday, March 27, 2011 at 4:00pm, TFC N. E. Gresko, TFC E. J. Page and Tpr. E. T. Reuschling served multiple outstanding Circuit Court Warrants (T3-14863 / T3-14864) on Walter Harrison Nelson, Jr., 43, of Lexington Park. The warrants were issued by the Circuit Court of St. Mary’s County on March 24, 2011 with original charges of Driving Under the Influence, Driving On A Suspended License and Displaying Expired Registration Plates. Mr. Nelson was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
