Exelis Inc., Amityville, N.Y., is being awarded a $19,385,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of 124 BRU-55 Bomb Rack Units and spares for the governments of Australia and Canada.ย Work will be performed in Amityville, N.Y., and is expected to be completed in July 2014.ย Contract funds in the amount of $19,385,000 will be obligated on this award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.ย This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR 6.302-1.ย This contract combines purchases for the Government of Australia ($9,823,865; 51 percent) and the Government of Canada ($9,561,135; 49 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program.ย The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-13-C-0015).ย ย ย
