LEONARDTOWN, Md. —The Town of Leonardtown is thanking Patuxent Transportation for three years of outstanding trolley service during its popular First Friday events.
For the past three years, the trolley has provided residents and visitors with a convenient way to enjoy downtown Leonardtown and its monthly celebrations. As Patuxent Transportation is no longer able to provide the service, the town is now exploring new transportation options for future First Fridays.
Town officials expressed their appreciation for Patuxent Transportation’s partnership and the role the company played in enhancing the First Friday experience.
“We are working on some new transportation alternatives! Stay tuned!” the town said in its announcement.
Additional information on future transportation options will be shared as plans are finalized.
